In this Comment, we address a significant flaw in the analysis by Zubair and Farooq regarding Casimir wormhole solutions within Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet (EGB) gravity. Their reliance on four-dimensional Casimir energy and pressure sources contradicts the framework that requires .
