Abstract
We show that the broad transverse momentum distribution of the Higgs boson produced by
WW fusion can provide a viable way to identify
decays at the LHC, if particular kinematical configurations with large rapidity
gaps are selected. We estimate the
event rate of the signal and of the QCD background. We also discuss Higgs
boson detection via the
and
decay
modes.
