Abstract
The content of physical masses, mixing angles
and CP violating phases in the lepton sector of the extended
standard model, both renormalizable and non-renormalizable, with
arbitrary numbers of singlet and left-handed
doublet neutrinos is systematically analyzed in the weak basis.
