Abstract
The form-factor ratios in the decay ${\bf {\rm D^+ \rightarrow \bar K^{*0}\mu^+\nu_\mu}}$ have been measured using a sample of 763 events produced in the WA92 fixed-target experiment. The values obtained are $\rm{R_V = 1.45 \pm 0.23 \pm 0.07,
 R_2 = 1.00 \pm 0.15 \pm 0.03}$ and the corresponding ratio of longitudinal to transverse polarisation is $\rm{\Gamma_L/\Gamma_T = 1.09 \pm 0.10 \pm 0.02}$.
