In this study, we utilize light-cone QCD sum rules at twist-3 accuracy to compute the coupling parameters of the
state with D and
mesons. The analysis reveals that the observed
meson incorporates significant amounts of both charmonium and molecular components. The interplay between these components highlights the exotic nature of
. Furthermore, implications for a possible mixing between the
state and a potential
molecule is discussed. These findings contribute to the understanding of exotic hadron states and their intricate internal structures.
